Home Watch and Handyman Background

I have been in the construction and facilities industry for over 30 years.  I have worked as an electrician,  construction superintendent , as well as in facilities maintenance and in Corporate Property Management.   

It was a natural step for me to start Holden Beach Handyman LLC and the Home Watch Services came shortly after due to several requests of Holden Beach Homeowners who were looking for professional attention to their vacation rentals or private homes.

I truly enjoy helping people maintain their property and helping to explain the property's needs, which goes hand in hand when providing a quality home watch service. 

I moved to Holden Beach, NC in January 2022 with my beautiful wife Dana.  Like many others that moved to the coast, we made our dream a reality, to enjoy life where our hearts desired (At the beach!)   We enjoy spending time with family, friends, working out, and enjoying the outdoors and beach life!  

My beautiful wife Dana (CFO) helps keep track of all the bookkeeping, billing and assists in scheduling.  We also are co-owners and managers of a small successful storage business (Holden 4U Storage).
